Especially when the WiFi goes out and thus you lose your recipe or when someone used your tomatoes and you have had to substitute in BBQ seasoning in a desperate attempt to add some sweetness. Still I have confidence in my abilities unless it turns out a bit naff in which case it was my first time cooking a pasta bake and the WiFi went out and my tomatoes were stolen and and your face sucks.
